WHAT’S FOR SUPPER? -1st EDITION-

The very first edition of “What’s for Supper?” is here! I hope you’ll find a little dinner inspiration!

1. Now I’m no chef, but I do enjoy cooking and making up new dishes now and then. This is a basic ‘meat & potatoes’ type recipe my husband loves. Click here for the cheesy, hash-browny goodness at lacyg.com.

2. Orzo is just awesome. It’s pasta, but kinda feels like rice and you can do so many things with it. This is a regular side dish at our house, but you could easily add grilled or rotisserie chicken or sautéed smoked sausage. (Because if your household is like mine, then it’s not a meal without meat. 3. Raindrops on roses and pulled pork on toasted buns. It’s seriously one of my favorite things. Make a bunch and have it several ways – hamburger buns with bbq sauce, hoagies with mustard (& Wavy Lays *guilty*), tortillas with pico de gallo. Yowza!
